Run your bid board from Claude.

What you need

• A Majic Bid Board login for your company. If you can sign in at bidboard.appmajic.ai, you are ready. No account yet? Request a demo or call 636-224-8192 and we will set your company up.
• A Claude account that can use connectors, on the web, the desktop app or the mobile app. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first.

Connect

1. Find the connector. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and search the directory for Majic Bid Board. If it is not listed for you yet, choose Add custom connector, name it Majic Bid Board and paste this URL:
   https://api.appmajic.ai/mcp/bidboard
   Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty.
2. Click Connect. A Majic sign-in page opens. Sign in with the same email and password you use at bidboard.appmajic.ai.
3. Review and allow. The page shows the access Claude is asking for (below). Choose Allow and you are returned to Claude.
4. Try it. Ask Claude "What's on my bid board this week?"

What Claude can reach

The connector opens the same tabs you see at bidboard.appmajic.ai, and only those. It has 44 tools that read and 39 that make changes.

Access and safety

When you connect, you grant three permissions:

• View your company's bid board (bidboard:read): jobs, leads, outreach, contacts, vendor catalog, documents and bid settings.
• Make changes on your company's bid board (bidboard:write): statuses and notes, leads, outreach, contacts, vendors, documents and bid settings.
• Approve bids for sending (bidboard:send): the one action whose result leaves your company.

• Your company only. Every request runs as you, against the company your login belongs to, exactly as it would in your browser. The connector cannot pick another company.
• Claude asks before changes. Every tool that changes something is marked as such, so Claude asks you before it runs one. Reading never changes anything.
• Nothing else. The connector cannot reach device management, user administration, billing, stored credentials or anything outside the bid board tabs. Those requests are refused by our server, whatever is asked.
• What we receive from Claude is each tool request (the tool's name and its inputs) with a token tied to your login. We do not receive your Claude conversations. See our privacy policy.

• "Which bids are due in the next 7 days, and which still need a takeoff?"
• "Summarize the scope and the addenda on the Riverside Elementary job."
• "Show me the proposal preview for that job and list anything flagged as a gap."
• "Which general contractors haven't heard from us in 30 days? Draft a short follow-up for each."
• "Add Acme Electric Supply as a vendor and upload this price sheet." (Claude asks before it saves.)
• "Mark the Smith Clinic job lost, with the note 'went with the incumbent'."
• "Search the price book for Cat 6A plenum cable."

Long lists come back a page at a time (25 rows by default for most lists, up to 200); ask Claude for the next page to continue. Read tools only look. Change tools edit your board. Send approves a bid for sending.

Disconnect

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose Majic Bid Board and disconnect it. To have every token for your login revoked on our side as well, email nmorris@greencommllc.com.

Troubleshooting

• The sign-in page keeps coming back. Make sure you can sign in at bidboard.appmajic.ai in the same browser, then connect again.
• "Your session is missing a role claim." Sign out of bidboard.appmajic.ai, sign back in, and connect again.
• Claude sees no jobs. The connector shows the company your login belongs to. If your board is empty in the browser too, jobs have not been loaded yet; call us.
• Something else. Call 636-224-8192 or email nmorris@greencommllc.com, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central. We answer the same business day.
